It’s my personal belief that all people are to be treated with respect and autonomy and have an innate resilience and strength to overcome obstacles and challenges in life. Everyone is deserving and intrinsically capable of reaching their desired potential(s) and can achieve personal growth that is fulfilling and meaningful. It is my hope that I can help you or your loved ones achieve a sense of understanding, meaning, and purpose in life and in your relationships with others.
I work with individuals, couples, and families, and have had experience working with substance use, mood & anxiety disorders, developmental disorders, grief, and trauma. My interests and therapeutic approach includes Emotion-Focused/Emotionally-Focused (EFT), existential psychotherapy, and transpersonal psychotherapy.
I am currently a doctoral student at the Arizona School of Professional Psychology and earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology in 2015. Please note, due to my student status, I am supervised by Dr. Robin Potter.
