I will be your ally. Whether you are seeking personal growth or you are pursuing emotional healing, I will work to provide a safe, nonjudgmental atmosphere for you to reach your goals. I seek to understand your experiences and to help you change the patterns in your life that you identify as no longer serving you.
My experience includes working with those suffering from posttraumatic stress, anxiety, depression, and substance use. I utilize a person-centered approach with elements of motivational interviewing and mindfulness. As a doctoral candidate, I am supervised by Dr. Potter, a licensed psychologist.
It is my honor and privilege to be a US Army veteran who served two tours in Afghanistan as a medic for the 101st Airborne Division. My community involvement includes working with the veteran population as well as the LGBTQ community.
