Beth Rosenberg, MA

Beth

My goal as a counselor is to uplift those who are struggling. My work focuses on affirmative therapy for all individuals regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, socioeconomic status, or culture. As a queer woman, I have significant work with LGBTQIA+ individuals and those working to support other such members as allies in both parental and friendship relationships.

Much of my work has revolved around depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles (romantic, friendship, and/or familial), body image, self esteem, career counseling, and sexual and gender minority concerns.

My work focuses on Mindfulness through a Feminist, Multicultural, and Person Centered approach. I tend to take an intersectional approach when working with clients. This means, particularly when working with those with trauma, I will pull from the theory that I believe would work best for my clients. This includes using skills from CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, Adlerian, and mindfulness. I also conduct Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples and strive to be a safe space for all couples, especially those who are members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

I am currently a doctoral candidate, working under the supervision of Dr. Robin Potter, a Licensed Psychologist.

My rate is $50.00/hr and I do not accept insurance. To schedule with Beth, please call: 602.840.4962
